Greetings Spartans, For the week of December 07-December 10 our Spartans will do circuit training with focus on fitness( Push up, Curl-up, Jump Rope and Balance board) and Volleyball skills(Forearm Pass, Settings, Underhand and Overhand Serve). Go Spartans!
